Donation

According to Article 894 of the French Civil Code, a donation is an act by which the donor currently and irrevocably divests themselves of the donated item in favor of the donee who accepts it. Therefore, every donation made is considered irrevocable and cannot be recovered once completed.

User Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in temporary suspension or permanent banning of your account:- Harassment, including but not limited to, verbal abuse, threats, and stalking.- Hate speech, including but not limited to, homophobic, racist, sexist, and other discriminatory remarks.- Impersonation of other users or individuals.- Sharing or distribution of explicit content or any content that promotes illegal activities.- Spamming or flooding chat or forums with repetitive content.Advertising or promoting products, services, or other websites without prior written consent from OutDamage. Users are encouraged to report any violations of these rules to the site administrators. OutDamage reserves the right to take appropriate action, including reporting to law enforcement if necessary.This addition ensures that your terms explicitly prohibit unauthorized advertising, helping to maintain the quality and focus of your community.

Changes to the Terms
